HOW IT WORKS
We love hearing from newly engaged couples! After you reach out, you'll receive an email from me with a pricing guide to help understand what it takes to get your groove on with us.

let's meet!
I'm a big fan of consultations! It gives us the chance to get to know eachother and to make sure we are a good fit. It's so important to make sure we mesh well and get along because aside from your partner, I'll be the next person you hang out with the majority of the day during your wedding.

Preparation
After we become official, we'll figure out a date to shoot your engagement. I recommend 6-8 months out if you plan on using these images for your save the dates! Styling guidance by a professional is also available.

your wedding
As your wedding day approaches I'll send some wedding homework to help prep you to get the best photos possible. Once there I'll capture your day organically with more coaching during portraits.

The photos are done!
*cue Kim K ugly cry* All your images will be delivered digitally on an online gallery and stored on our server for 2 years. You'll have access to them so save them, store them and print them as you wish!

what is the investment for your services?
Because weddings are unique, please inquire so I can provide you with a quote or investment guide. Custom quotes doesn't necessarily mean expensive. Just means I want to know your needs better!
How long have you been doing photography?
I started in 2012 and I've been doing this full-time since 2013. Seriously feel like the luckiest girl in the world to be able to do this full-time.
What's your approach to photography?
I like to capture your day organically, candidly and but then am more involved during portraits; guiding and giving directions. I know exactly how to make you feel your best.
what equipment do you use & do you have backups?
I use many digital cameras, both full-frame and medium format. Though I love utilizing natural light, I am also well verse in using flashes to properly light up your wedding & know how to creatively use them. I also carry general liability & equipment insurance.
What else can you tell us about you?
I joke a lot and am very easy going. I like to have fun while capturing my clients. My ideal clients are ones that love to joke, laugh, are open to ideas and are easy going. I am a relaxed, type-B personality most of the time, but with some type-A traits sprinkled in when it comes to details and getting things done. I mostly roll with things and hoping clients who reach out to me are the same!
What is included in your photography services?
Once contract and deposit are received, you'll get access to my preferred vendor list. Everyone on the list as been vetted so you'll feel more comfortable when selecting a vendor off the list.
Every photo is color corrected and edited to match the style you came to fall in love with Liz Zimbelman Photography. All images come with print rights so you can print them as much as you want, and as big as you want! I help with styling for engagement sessions as well to help you look your best for your photos.
Do you offer albums?
For sure! Custom designed heirloom quality albums are available as I understand that you want your memories to be preserved and for your future generations to enjoy now or 50 years from now.
